Jewish communities or organizations can apply to JDC SELF for loans, with no interest or fees charged, for the renovation or development of property or for the improvement of local Jewish institutions. All proposed loans must have a viable business plan, be likely to be repaid, be fully transparent, and help the local Jewish communal applicant financially.
